Really mediocre at best. Brisket and ribs have absolutely no bark on the meat. The smoking bark is what makes the brisket or ribs, look at Central or West Texas BBQ. I visited a month ago and the brisket was on the drier side. On a good note, the ribs were very tender and fall off the bone.

Mediocre at best. Cole slaw was neither sweet nor sour. Potato salad was not to our liking. Chicken did not taste marinated nor smoked, nothing special. Bo burger was good. Surprisingly don't serve pork at this location. Have to got to Mobberly location to get pork. Bathrooms were clean.

I had high hopes because someone local (I do not live in Longview but visit often for business) told me about this place. I was completely disappointed in nearly all of the food I purchased. The brisket was so dry that I could not eat it at all, the "links" appeared to be just store bought like Ekrich - not real links in my opinion and the potato salad was awful. The "flavor" was something I simply could not understand. I prefer to make my own potato salad and smoked meats but when out, and really craving BBQ, I was hoping to find something amazing and worth the money - this was not it. We have amazing BBQ places near where I live so I will just stick close to home for this. The only redeeming part of my meal was the smoked turkey - it was juicy and very flavorful - not enough to salvage the wasted meal though. Unfortunate.

This place is way too expensive. I spent $35 on two meals and the sides are barely bigger than the sauce cups. I could have went and ate at a nice restaurant for this amount of money. I most definitely will not be back.
